The best way to preserve a rich cultural diversity is through UNITY.
The best way to avoid cultural and tribal conflicts is through UNDERSTANDING.
The best way to promote development is through COLLABORATION.

CON TEXT AND JUSTIFICATION

The North West Region of Cameroon is endowed with a rich cultural diversity, but of recent, it is becoming a call for concern, and there is urgent need to set up lasting solutions to preserve and promote the cultural heritage of the Region, but more has to be done.

AIM.

NOWEF 2012 has come to bridge the gap between North West Villages, so that they can live together, understand one another and collaborate with each other.


MISSION

Celebrating SPORTS and CULTURE, encourage DEVELOPMENT and SUCCEESS, identify and adopt a unique North West Identity.

GOAL.

Launch and execute a development project in the North West region.

ACTIVITIES

* Open door days,
* Cultural dances,
* traditional dishes display, 
* Sports march
* Fashion Parade
* Election Miss North West
* Musical displays ( cultural evening )
* ecumenical church service,
...........................etc etc.

PARTICIPATION.

The project is open to all villages of the North West region represented in DOUALA by their respective Cultural and Development Associations.
Participation is FREE of all CHARGES.

NOWEF PROJECT.

A special COMMITTEE shall be set up to examine and adopt a project that would be executed.
Proporsals shall come in from all villages.
